Hiring an outside consulting firm is a positive step to reforming policing policies within our community. There needs to be active coordination with the Public Safety Department, Public Safety Commission, Neighborhood Watch captains, local leaders, business leaders, homeowners association presidents, apartment managers, and city residents to provide feedback on community needs and public safety concerns when it comes to policing.

Mark Farhad Yusupov is a realtor who is a member of the City's Russian Advisory Board. He is also the HOA board president at the condominium complex he lives in.
