Bought a Condo home in 2018 in Sherman Oaks, CA

My daughter and I found our dream home, nice 2 bedroom condo, but we were not prepared to go through a battle of acquiring it by ourselves. Luckily, we had our agent, Mark Farhad Yussupov, by our side. He helped us navigate through all the loan's hoops, defeat other desperate buyers-competitors (multiple offers) and deal with high restrictions and provisions of the contract. The deal was quite difficult by itself, but it was double difficult for us since we were in a middle of selling other property (Mark handled that one as well). A lot was at stake. Mark's strong understanding of the market requirements, competence in negotiating and fine expertise in human psychology gave a desired result - we LIVE in our beautiful property and could not be happier.
