Bought a Single Family home in 2016 in Van Nuys, CA

My family and I were looking to buy our first home. We wanted the house to be affordable, modern, spacious, and in a good neighborhood. Mark did an excellent job of helping me look for a home, select a home, and finalize the sale.? He was responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Mark was always available: he responded to our calls and emails instantly, answered all of our questions, and told us exactly what to expect with financing issues and buyer competition. He was very familiar with the area. He knew the local communities. And he was a great negotiator. He was able to arrange everything from financing to inspections. The whole process was much smoother than expected and we only spent three days in Los Angeles. We saw a total of 15 homes in those 3 days, most of which were real contenders. Mark was very efficient and helped us get the house in a great neighborhood for an unbeatable price. ?I would highly recommend Mark and will be going to him again when it is time to buy or sell a home.
